Entry is only accepted via the website, and only complete entries will be accepted, where name, phone number, email address have been provided.

By accepting the prize, if successful, the winner agrees to the terms and conditions set by Kate & Co, Pty Ltd.

The promoter reserves the right to amend, change or cancel the competition and is not liable for any costs involved in the entrant accepting the prize. The prize is as indicated and is not transferrable. It is not redeemable for cash and no other alternatives will be offered.
The prize is subject to availability of both Kate & Co, Pty Ltd and Ode to the Orchard accommodation.
The winner agrees to allow the promoter usage of their name, entry details and image solely for the use of promotion of Kate & Co Pty Ltd, these details will not be shared with any other party.
The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition is not a game of chance, the winner will be chosen based on their story – we are looking for real stories of connection, community, love, friendship, hard times, crazy times – a story of life raising children or bringing a child into the world during a global pandemic.
The winner will be notified by email and social media and must claim their prize within 7 days of the drawing of the winner. If the winner is uncontactable and does not claim the prize, the promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

The entrant must follow the instructions on social media. The entrant must fill out the entry form in full. The story can be as brief or as long as the entrant wishes. The entrant must be happy for this story to be shared publicly.
We are looking for real stories of connection, community, love, friendship, hard times, crazy times – a story of covid-life raising children or bringing a child into the world during a global pandemic. We want this prize to go to a family who truly deserves it.
IMPORTANT DATES
The competition begins at 12 noon, Sunday 21st June 2020 and runs until Friday 3rd July at 3pm. The winner will be announced on Sunday 5th July.
THE PRIZE
Two night stay at Ode to the Orchard accomodation, Lenswood, including cleaning fee, subject to availability and terms and conditions. Valued at $530.
Full portrait experience with Kate & Co, Pty Ltd, including a 30″ timber backed wall art piece and all high resolution files from the session. Valued at $2085. Subject to terms and conditions.
Runner up prizes are offered to entrants who do not win the major prize.
RUNNER UP PRIZE
A select number of entrants will be offered the opportunity to register for the Runners Up Prize. This prize is a complimentary studio, forest/field, or family home session. Standard terms and conditions apply.
Importantly: Home sessions are only able to be offered if the family home is within a 20 minute drive of the Studio in Torrens Park. Sessions will be accommodated as much as possible during the months requested by the registrant however are subject to availability and studio calendar requirements. $200 credit is only applicable to COLLECTIONS from the Kate & Co product guide and the $200 credit cannot be redeemed off individual Alacarte items from the product guide. Collections begin at $1800.
